What We Do
IndusHigh IAS Academy is established with an aim to give the best coaching in terms of both quality and technique to the students in order to make them highly competent and knowledgeable to successfully compete in the intensely competitive Central Civil Services(IAS/IPS/IRS) and State Group-1 Services(RDO/DSP/CTO) Examinations.
Concept Building
Teaching the basic concepts of all the relevant subjects/ topics mentioned in the UPSC syllabus for concept building, which is very essential to face the level of questions framed by the UPSC examiners. For this, we focus on analysis of NCERT and other standard books.
Question Paper Analysis
Thorough analysis of previous question papers, and their pattern over the years is of utmost importance. We train the students with the required knowledge and skills to answer the questions in the best way.
Regular Tests
Regular tests on daily, weekly, and monthly basis is a must. We evaluate, hold personal discussions and give the feedback to the aspirants for improving their answer writing technique.
One-on-one Mentorship
Each student will be given personal attention by our mentors, for SWOT analysis and advice on how to improve their performance in the examination.
Long Term Interview Guidance
Guidance and preparation for the personality test/ interview begins from day one. The students will be thoroughly trained in communication skills through various activities such as group interactions, debates, presentations, etc. to face the interview board successfully.
Compact study material
Relavent study material for all the subjects will be provided. However the students are encouraged to prepare their own notes after reading and understanding the subjects, for easy reference and revision. They will be guided on how to prepare quick reference notes using mind maps, mnemonics etc.
Answer writing skills
Writing brief, relevant and impressive answers is an art and skill. The students will be imparted with this art and skill by experienced faculty/ mentors. Continuous evaluation of the answers written by the students will be done and proper advice will be given to improve the answer writing.
Group discussions
The students are encouraged to participate in the group discussions conducted at regular intervals on relevant topics of current nature, for developing debating skills and formation of balanced opinions.
Integration of current affairs
For greater and comprehensive understanding of various social, political, economic, environmental and science and technological issues, the newspapers and magazines are discussed thoroughly and all relevant current developments are integrated with the core subjects.
